Contacts may help to get a job in practical life. That is, student can train and prepare themselves for the job market. A poor country like Bangladesh has an overwhelming number of unemployed educ ated graduates. As they have no internship experience they have not been able to gain normal professional experience of establish networking system, which is important in getting a job. Therefore, it is obvious that the importee of internship is clearly justified as the crucial requirement of four years BBA graduation.Scope of the Study Mutual Trust Bank Limited is one of the modern generation banks in Bangladesh. The scope of the study is limited to the Dilkusha Branch only. The report covers the organizational structure background, functions and the performance of the bank have mainly worked in the opposed exchange so my report covers all the activities of orthogonal exchange department in the Dilkusha branch.
